Have you checked the Camera Company on Odana Rd? They are usually well stocked. I just bought a few things there that I didn't even know I needed til I seen it. I have found their prices to be pretty fair.
You can still use your Bee while you wait. Triggering it with onboard flash. So have some fun during the process.
Well you can try doing what I do when shooting in studio. I use Bowens but the Alien Bees are probably like all studio lights, they are sensitive to flashes and fire when sensing one so I use my 580ex flash to trigger the Bowens. I just set the 580ex to manual and 1/128 power so it has no effect on the lighting but is still powerful enough to trigger the monolights.
Try this if you have a flash you can set to manual output, doesn´t work in E-TTL mode or with the onboard flash.
