How well does the RAW image processing work in PS CS. I've used the one that came with my Rebel, and I am currently in the trial period with C1. The Canon one SUCKS, so I want to buy C1, but not if the PS CS does it just as well, as I will probably upgrade as soon as I have some $$$.
Have just begun working raw through photoshop cs. Seems to be good, except for not being able to read files directly from the camera. I think it's a Mac only problem though...
Totally just what I remember and may be VERY wrong -- thought I heard people, those of the persuasion who would know these things, that CS's RAW is basically the best out there right now.
But, maybe they were just tooting Adobe's horn.

got it and love it the raw plug-in comes with CS and it reads and imports files from my compact flash so no need to save in zoombrowser or whatever then process with a crappy plug-in makes life easier and a ton of options to play with
i would reccomend it highly...
