It's good to see them taking action on the guy beyond hitting him with more easily ignored monetary penalties, but I don't see how it will cut down on spam since he probably sold his botnet as soon as he realized there would be cuffs involved this time. It's not like he sat there and manually typed out a million emails a day. |
