I was wondering if someone could explain to me how to use this feature in CS? Any pics where you have used this filter would be appreciated. Thank you.
Well Liquify can be used for all sorts of things. SOme people can teach you some of the finer effects. It can be used to distort things in odd ways or very carefully to lengthen, fatten or make things smaller.
It can be used to make someone look like an alien. Thin up someones arms make their eyes a bit bigger, push down on those pointy ears.
Ive used it to reshape a motorcycle such as reforming the seat and making the windshield a bit taller.

I was messing around with this last month or two and did this with the liquefy. Although I have PhotoShop Elements I'm sure it is close to the same. Mine is under Filter/Distort/Liquefy. Just get any picture and test things out. Play around for a while and then you might be able to see where you can use it later. I use it more like experimenting for fun.
I cant remember the thread but some one had posted two pictures side-by-side. I took the pictures and liquefied them together. Crude but you can see one way of using the tool.
I just recently saw a thread that had a link showing someone use liquify to alter a larger not real pretty woman into a beautiful thin model. It was very interesting. The title of the thread was something like "you gotta see this" or some similar catchy phrase. It was pretty cool I thought.
