OK, so I'll be coming over from the UK to Atlanta for a conference in September. I'd love to extend the trip by a few days, maybe 3 days maybe 4.

So my favourite sort of photography is early morning landscape, water, etc. My question to you guys is what would you have on my itinerary given the chance? Any 'countryside' out there, gotta get out of the city.

Come on Atlanta - tell me what to go see and do ;-)

Oh and if anyone would like to join me feel free - 16-21 Sept is the dates of my conference so a few days after that are what I'm looking at.

I can do the 24th or 25th if you don't mind me joining. And if that is not too late.

I won't know whteher I can stay that long until a little closer to the time, but you are most welcome.

Well if the conference isn't all day and you want to shoot around Atlanta then I can make the 19th or 20th as well.

As far as rec. I would suggest you go to the Aquarium in Atlanta. Some good stuff there. Maybe go to Piedmont Park and get some people shots. Maybe ericwoo or jenesis can post more suggestions.
