It has been awhile since i have been on DPC for a while..... im really up set that a Video GAME can SUCK ME in sooo much i need some Motivation!! I have been taking pictures still and doing stuff for some friends.... but i want to start doing some challenges again.... if you dont want to respond to this that is fine. i really just wanted to say hi to you all and just to let you know i need to get back into the GROOVE!! lol =)
Thank pete I never invested in WOW. Paying monthly to play a game you have to buy in the first place seems a little ridiculous to me.
What has stolen my life, however, is NeverWinter Nights... again.
Not NWN 2.. the first one.
I found the best role-playing server, EVAR.
And now my life is destroyed.
I played NWN when it came out for awhile. Then when NWN2 came out I bought it to playw ith some friends, but it was soo time consuming to do anything and the rest of the people stopped play. So, I just went back to playing my other game, BF2. Not quite as addicting as WoW or NWN, but I do have about 650 hours logged since March06. :-/
The same guys that wanted me to play NWN2 are now playing LOTRO, but I'm like you Artyste, why pay $50 for a game and then another monthly fee just to be able to play it. Big rip off to me.
I've been trying to get myself motivated to get back into photography for fun again. First step, was for me to start coming back here and at least looking at the challenges. now I just need to start entering again.

I just started playing nwn1, I mean just!
I picked it up cuz it supports widescreen native, and looks pretty decent for an older title @1440x900.

thats looks nice i like the looks of that.... hmmmmm... should i try it...... naaaa...lol.... i dont know what it is about World Of Warcraft... there is just sooo much to dooo.... i mean you have professions....you can fish...cook...1st aid.. Kill stuff and other peolpe around the world.... and plus you can chat and then the Team speak thing is just AWESOME!!! Im a TARD!! i love Video Games!

i dont know if i would say welcome back.....lol im just playing... im tring like i said i think im going ot enter in the Religion challenge.... and take a Picture of me playing my Game...... HA! Kill 2 birds with one stone...lol

Like the tip on the loading screen says (misquoted, naturally): "Everything in moderation, even World of Warcraft," or "Playing with your friends is nice, but you should play outside with them, too!"
