The actual mission this week is to:
Use this week's challenge to creatively capture a method of transport.
If you're creative, and get a good shot, IMHO, a toy should count as well as an actual vehicle.

I don't see why a toy car wouldn't fit the challenge. It is still a representation of transport, I don't even see it as a stretch to make it fit.
Has to be a better fit than the cat photo that will be titled "transportation for fleas" or similar ;)
