Great shots. and not to belittle the great job you've done, but its amazing to see the difference for a gig where the band can afford a decent light show - these are lit a step above most of the band shots I've seen.
I was able to shoot at ISO 200, and with my 70-200 f/2.8 I got shutter times of between 1/60 and 1/1000 - in other words: Yes, the lighting was of incredible help.
