I am about to get into chroma key, using people as the subject. I would like to tap into the experience of others. To that end I have some starter questions ...
1) Blue or green?
Green seems to be better for Digital Video because the CCD reacts better to greens than blues. Does the same hold true for CCD's in still cameras?
2) Paper or fabric (and if fabric what sort)
This would get lot of use so unless there are major drawbacks, such as creases, I think fabric will be more practical (can be washed, won't need to replace constantly etc).
3) Studio strobes or constant lighting?
I have a couple of studio strobes to light the subject but will need to but a couple of lights for the background. Do strobes work best or should I go for a constant light source? Can you mix and match the light types?
Any assistance here will be greatly appreciaed :)
