There isn't an official process yet, but several people have started various forum threads regarding new teams, so I suggest you read through those and make it known that you're available in the ones that are looking for team members... or even start your own thread about starting a team. However, once the official signup process is made available, I'm sure there will be many teams looking for members at that point as well."
so i've started a new thread seeing if anybody wants to start a alpha / minolta team, i've done wpl twice and got loads out of it, even if i'm drained at the end :)
would be great to get some people to notice the alpha as it is a great camera, but put down by the nikon/canon lot.
I am interested. There are other cameras besides the alpha with the Sony/Minolota label, though. Just to let every Sony/Minolta owner know, it isn't limited to just the alpha. I have looked at the pics of the H1 and some other Sony Cybershots, as well as the F828 an 717? Got some marvelous images.
I hope it is a go. So what if we only have a few members to start. In a month or two we can have another recruitment and see if we can add a few more. Now, give me some time and I will put in a possible name. Hopefully everybody can come up with one then we can vote.
