Thank you everyone for your comments and votes, I got alot of constructive comments and am thankful for them all. I knew about the water spots when I took the picture but couldn't do anything about it at the time because as soon as I got the shot set up a few really friendly police officers showed up to tell me I couldn't take picutures on the top of the MARTA parking deck. They were really nice and asked me if I was about done and allowed me another min or two to get a few more shots. There were some really great shots in this challenge I am really suprised someone else didn't win.
