I would love one. I downloaded the trail of CS2 and I am having trouble finding a good way to convert to B&W. They grayscale feature just doesn't look right to me.
You or Bucket, or Librodo, but I think the one that fotomann wrote pretty much covers the main methods. If you're going to offer something, it should be an advance version instead that goes into all of the varying conditions that apply.

Fotoman's method is one of many. There are lots of other fun and interesting ways to do B/W with digital as well. I think more than one tutorial would be highly beneficial.
