I'm trying to switch from Paint Shop Pro, which I've been using for 10 years, to PhotoShop (CS3). Could someone point me to a tutorial which would help me do so?
I don't need the basic tutorial stuff which teaches you what you can do, I rather need something to help me learn how to use the interface.

Thanks David, that was quite helpful for starters. I guess I need tutorials which explain you the program itself rather than the technique / result oriented ones.
