They are all really nice pictures. The B&W ferry one puts out a feeling of COOOOLD! And the color one is almost 3D. So both great pictures but different messages.
I like the BW one very much; but one nit there is the exposure on the water. There's some detail in the color version so perhaps you did this on purpose. But while it perhaps adds more contrast to the foreground, after the initial look, it begins to seem more unnatural.
Neil, you're right. I did want to pump up the contrast for the foreground, but it had the unfortunate sideffect of blowing out the water. Maybe I'll try it again, a little differently. Thanks.
