I PMed him over the weekend. He said he was dealing with some health issues. As much as possible from a short email, I got the sense he was in relatively good spirits all things considered -- so I didn't pry any further and expect he will be back around when he is feeling better.

Whoah!!! That's freaky... I was just thinking the same thing... searched the forums and came across this thread!!!
I am medicated and spending very little time online, relatively speaking. I have a nagging health issue to deal with, and it keeps me in pills for the moment. I have done almost no photography in the past 2 weeks. I don't post in here 'cuz I don't want to hit and run, not follow through.

Can anyone point me to where my input was requested? And oh, yeah, the banners. Should have been invisible. I used to moderate a poetry site, stopped a couple years ago. The former admin of that site has started a new one. I am helping with the graphics. My grossly underappreciated "Gulls in Flight" has a new home :-)
David - I don't think bear will be mad that you posted the news about his chronic flatulence - we all needed to know.

I had the same problem, it's incurable. My doc prescribed me some tablets that make the flatus smell like sweet roses. I've PM'ed Robert with the brand name. Now I'm off to start another crock pot of beans!
