In the Propaganda, I used a red coloration on an adult Bald Eagle and appears to have not looked to good, even to me. I knew I should have used the bottom one, but...
Would either of these worked better?
 This one was legal, I only used dust/scratch until looked somewhat watercolor effect. I though the red would look like a PO'd eagle with revenge in its eye.
