I caught part of this story, not sure where it took place. A man was busted for catching women off-guard, and snapping pictures of them as he approached them in the buff! I don't condone this, but I laughed. I wondered about why he was so desparate to catch images of "SURPRISE." Hmmmmmmmmmmm....lol
