Hi there. Does anybody have a copy of a basic model release form that you'd be willing to let me have a copy of? I've never had the need for one before as I'm far from being a pro, but I might need one in the next couple of days. Any help appreciated.

Shutterstock.com provides some on their website.

Edit: These aren't the same ones I got from them before. The other ones don't mention Shutterstock at all. I will try to post them as soon as I get home.

Now I remember why they are different. They are from Fotolia not Shutterstock.
