I cannot give you any info/advice on the Benbo's.
I can give you alot of specifics on the Bogen Manfrotto 3021pro.

Aluminum w/ 3 leg sections and "snap locks".
Will put the camera at eye level w/ out raising the center column.
Center column is reversible and will extend PARALLEL to the ground.
Has an internal collar level, although I never need it with a ball head.
Weighs <5 pounds.
Legs will spread allowing you to photograph inches from the ground.
Comes in both silver(aluminum) and black.

I used the parrellel option in my infinity shot, Traveler 1, where I had a tapered beer glass, resting on a granite surface, with the camera mounted directly above the glass rim, viewing the inside. |
