Hi everyone, today I took a trip to the lakefront in downtown Chicago and took a few photos. It was a terribly cloudy drizzly, Chicago day, so the photos below are more or less how I saw the scene when I took the shot. I'd like to know if anyone has any suggestions on whether or not I should brighten up the photos or whether I could adjust something that I currently may be missing. Feel free to edit away on any of these.

I really like the first one and the fourth one. The first one because I think the reds against the greys are very interesting and makes for a very unique and intriguing lighthouse photo. The last one I love because of the way the "waves" in the seagull's feathers paralell the waves in the water - really cool. The middle two are also nice, but I like the others more:)

I love the first one. The red is just awesome for a hazy foggy day. They all are really nice. 10 in my book, even if its not a contest. : )

I played with your first (from top) shot, but have no way to upload at this time. The results are quite similar to what johns came up with here: //www.dpportfolio.com/modules/photo/album27/47174_filtered, a tad brighter though and minutely bluer throughout.
