I tried contacting Tamron about a week ago (about getting my 28-75 lens calibrated for its front focusing problem) and they still haven't responded back. Does anyone know how long they usually take? I noticed when filling out the form, and e-mail address wasn't even required. I put it in anyways, but does this mean they're going to mail me something to fill out or what?
I guess I'm just used to getting an e-mail back within a couple days.....
Why don't you call them? I had to deal with them over the phone once, and their US office was quite attentive and effective in solving my problem, I was pleasantly surprised. I never tried to email them, though.
