I am shooting my first pregnant woman Saturday and would like some ideas or references if you wouldn't mind?
She is not sure exactly what she wants and I only have a vague idea of where to start... sooooo, I am asking you to put your pregnant lady pics in this thread so that I may show her and ask her what style she prefers (ie couples, nude, almost nude, clothed, etc...).

When I first click on picture.My attention went not to her belly but to the ligth reflection on her back.Ligth on her back seem A bit to stong.
Well I think it's ok but for the tipe of your model I think the pose is not the best.
She is a bit overwheighted to be in a profile (no ofense, me and my wife we are both "overweighted" to say the least). So just a bit of rotation to her left would be best in my opinion.
Or it you had something she could sit on withought beeing too low so she could arch her back a bit to putt the belly a bit to the front would be nice.
I have done several of these. A photo of the man kissing her stomach, holding her stomach with both hands while standing behind her, photo of sibling kissing the belly and a shot of the woman cradling her belly. I have had good results with all of these poses.

we tried that actually :) but she came off looking too uncomfortable IMO. thanks for the input, I will keep that angle in mind ;)

The husband wouldn't come out of the bedroom (camera shy) she was MAD! LOL
I didn't get a shot of the kids kissing the belly!! *slaps self in head* I AM AN IDIOT!
I got individual pictures of her and the kids... perhaps I could PS her in the middle and the kids round the outside??
