For my Halloween image, I tried to recreate a shot I'd done a few days earlier. But I did not do it nearly as well.
Here is that earlier shot:

It's got to be hard to get the smoke to curl just so. That really added to the overall effect.

It was hard. I had to fan it and shoot, fan it and shoot, while trying to catch it at just the right moment. Lots of takes. Oh, and this pic got featured photo at photopoints.net on Halloween Day :).
