Where is this being held in boston? the auto show is at the Bayside expo this weekend. I'd like to go to this, as i only live a few miles outside the city. email me if anyone wants to meet up.
Okay.. well.. I went :(
why the sad face then? cuz I wanted:
The bogen tripod,
and I held the Canon Rebel 300D in my hand and shot off some photos using it...---> Bad move!
I clenched my teeth, thanked the rep. and said.. "I'm gonna chew on this, and be back"... I walked around the show pretending to shop - all the time considering how much I can get for my current cam, and if not, how to pay for the Rebel.
Within seconds my stomach tightened, and I bolted for the door.
The lady at the door asked if I found everything I was looking for and I told her "unfortunately, yes".. :)
But... I guess that is not the whole truth because there is still a little bug in my brain saying "what if....".
Also, the "show" prices were not that great. This show has a reputation of having the best sale prices for the year, but I have to say that $999. with only a $75 rebate on the rebel is not necessarily the best price.
I am safe in my home now. I will wait.
