I liked that entry. Nice and sharpm the water looks good, and you can seldom go wrong with a picture of a duck's butt ;)
I also tend to like photos which have a lot of dead space in them ... Wow, yet I've just realised I don't take them that way myself, there's something for me to contemplate.
Oh, here I go again, I gave you a four and didn't get a chance to go back and comment and adjust, my apologies.
Here is what I would have written had I the time:
Very nice overall shot, the light reflecting off the water adds a very nice contrast but doesn't over power the shot. The duck looking like it might be looking back to you is also a very nice capture. The reflection of the duck is also well captured. The border hurts this shot to me, takes away from the rest, maybe if it was more a light blue or grey. Also the branch on the left is just a bit distracting to me. I started with a 4 on this but would raise to a 7 or 8

I think this photo is pretty well done for what it is. Allowing room for the duck to look across the frame is nice composition. I like the fact the duck is facing away from you. I think it gives the photo depth. I think I gave you a 7 on this one.

When you do "SAVE AS" ,you can select JPEG compression 1-12 or 1-100% without resizing bellow 640 pixels!and you will get something close to 150 KB (120 -148)

I usually Resize so the longest side is 640 pixels, then do Save for Web and adjust the quality until I get just under 150kb. Seems to work well.
I guess that was the problem. I did it the other way around. Keeping the quality at the highest and bringing the size down. Does it effect the image by decreasing the quality.
I guess it may not help my current entry, but maybe the next. Thanks- Pitsaman, Spazmo99 for your assistance.
