OK the WPL site is getting off the ground slowly. I am having to learn code as I go and purchase necessities a little at a time but it's coming along. With that said here is the first part of the WPL site available to all participants.

If everything stays on schedule these are the dates.
WPL4 Dates and times
Team open enrollment - Monday, January 1st, 2007; Time 00:00:01 AM DPChallenge server date and time.
Enrollment will remain open till all twenty-four teams are complete. When all teams are complete the enrollment period will be closed. No substitutions (Team or Photographers) will be allowed for the remainder of the season.
Deadline for having your team complete - Sunday, January 14th, 2007; Time 24:00:00 p.m. DPChallenge server date and time. If your team has not been completed by the deadline it will be withdrawn to make room for a completed teams that's waiting on a slot.
Season Begins with the Members Challenge announced on Monday, January 29th, 2007; Time 00:00:01 a.m. DPChallenge Server date and time.
So, if one wants to start a team - what needs to be done? Post it to the DPC Forum? Or is WPL4 for already established teams.
i believe you only need to submit name of your team, and the member's names. the team must have 7 people by the time the registration period ends. about posting in the forums, it's good to announce it, i guess.
