I'd like to get some feedback on what the community's thoughts are on this "tactic". Suppose you have favorite photo that you took long ago, but that would be perfect for submission. You can't submit that exact photo, since obviously the entries all have to be photographed within the challenge dates. So, you decide to recreate the exact same photo--same set up, same lighting, same subject and reshoot during the challenge. While technically it meets the letter of the rules, does it meet the spirit of the rules? Do you think doing this is acceptable or a form of cheating? Thanks for your opinions! |
