I removed my submission from yesterday to post a new one today. When I fill out all of the information on the photo and press the SUBMIT button, I get a "Page cannot be displayed" error back from IE on:
//12.35.172.220/dpc/process_submit.asp
There is also a DNS error at the bottom of this displayed page that may indicate the IP address in the URL rather than the domain name being displayed.
Is this part of the system under maintenance or do I have a problem on my end somewhere?
I think i found my problem... It appears that the text that I put in the DETAILS box was too long... I resubmitted with a short comment there and it worked fine....
I am having the worst trouble adjusting my monitor. I know I must be doing an injustice when I vote and I have found I need to not adjust ANYTHING in photoshop because I ruin it. Any Help?
i don't know what type of video card you are using, but if you are using windows me/2000/xp, you can go to the display settings in the control panel window and setup your video card for optimal color performance. It's a little hard for me to gage what your problem is without being able to see what you are talking about. Is it brightness and contrast on your monitor or is it color setings on your video controller that are the problem?
You may need to get online and look for the .inf file for your monitor that the manufacturer should supply... If you give me the make and model, I can try to help you find it... If you can't locate it, just select the 'plug and play compatible monitor' type...
one example is my chicken/egg some said they wondered what was the brown thing they were on but on my mon I thought I had darkened them out. Other day at son's house I saw what they meant. So I know I am screwed up somewhere
you may just need to adjust the brightness control up on your monitor some.. I had the same problem when I first started here.. I thought I had darkened things out but they were still visible on brighter monitors...
OK I am helping but I really can't judge where it is perfect Thanks, David I do know I need to cut a lot of slack when I think a pic is out of focus or dark/light. My own stuff don't look the same after entering as it did in PS.
