Just as restricting since you have to use that list - which is a horrendous list to begin with. Wasn't this literally just suggested? And yet another open challenge to operate under advanced rules. This keeps up there is no reason to pay to get the advanced rules. And didn't we just have Pink Floyd?

I'll join you in being "out of the loop" as far as the song content goes, but LOOK at those titles! I can't wait to see what gets entered for this one. I'm sure there are many DPC'rs out there staying real quiet and putting together some visual masterpieces to this. :D

ya, i like this challenge, it gives lots of room for creativity. I already have 5 possible entries.. (in my head lol) i like this better than some challenges (ie/ 12 days of christmas).
I'm actually excited for this one! I'm only worried about one song title... So Sick. I swear, if anyone enters someone throwing up, I will have a panic attack beyond belief. I'm kinda scared to enter for that reason alone! :(

No they don't. In 1962 London Bridge (of "falling down" fame) was deemed obsolete and sold to an American real estate developer, who reconstructed it in the desert at what is now Lake Havasu City, Arizona. What most people think of as "London Bridge" is actually "Tower bridge", and any image of it in this challenge gets a "1" from me as DNMC ;-)
For those of you complaining that you haven't heard of any of these songs, that isn't really relevant. Just pick a title that you can come up with a picture for. The challenge says that it needs to match the title not the whole song.
this challenge (top 50 songs) should provide plenty of variety and chance for creativity. after scoring the entire fence challenge, i think that this is a good thing.
i'm all for a song title challenge but terribly displeased that we're stuck with such crappy songs. i honestly don't see much to be creative with and it's such a short list, there will be a lot of repetition. sadly, i think it will be a fairly boring challenge.
