This is not reeealy a rant, but just a friendly reminder that on a scale of 1-10, the middle is 5.5. Since you can't give that score, when you give a 5, it is actually less than the middle.
So if you are one of those people that score from the center (like I do), try to keep your cursor between the 5 and six and if the photo is leaning to just slightly better than average, give 'em a 6 instead of a 5.
