Interesting, this must be just the first day or two for availability, I looked during the weekend and the Adobe site was still saying "by late November".
Seriously doubt you'll find a genuine copy out there yet, and that ignores the legality issues. I can't see how someone would have already bought it and cracked the new anti-piracy gear built in it so fast.
i'm pretty sure adobe announced yesterday in north america that PScs is available. so is the CS suite. i can't wait to get my hands on that tidy little package...
