What software was used to transfer and rotate? Some software does invalidate the original as an original, whereas some just stores the settings exteral to the file, and thus leaves the original intact.
I'd suggest opening a ticket under Help>Contact, in the "General Inquiry" category, and attaching the rotated original. Specify which software was used in the text of your message. We'll review the file, and let you know if it is still a valid original. |
