Ok - I am interested in combing 50+ pictures into one image. I dont want them to be stistched to blend. I just want all of them side by side in a large square image so that all of them are visible as their own individual image within the entire frame. I have PS Elements and I am not sure if there is an easy way to do this other than cutting and pasting each individual shot one at a time onto a blank canvas. Suggestions anyone?
Lumapix FotoFusion all the way. This thread is what convinced me to try and consequently buy FotoFusion. I just wish it were so damned expensive to be able to do multiple page collages.
I would highly recommend QImage for all printing. It will easily do what you are asking and so much more. I would be lost without it. Free lifetime updates and three versions from $34.95 to $89.95 . Try the 30 day demo, which has the intermediate version (that is what I use, but I'm going to upgrade)

Like I said...they have a fully functional free demo for 30 days trial.
I use Luma Pix.....they also have a trial version...the biggest issue is you can't export or save the collage in the trial version. but if it is a one-time thing....you could use it and print...

You need to print to a file. Go to the under the "File" menu option.
On Adobe Photoshop TV I saw an example of where they used the Contact Sheet Automation to create a quick collage for a 16x20 print. I can't remember which episode it was, but most are available on Google Video.
Thanks Bill - I had a hard time gettin gmy head around the printer keys actually saving a jpeg to a folder. This did what I needed it to do perfectly.
Yeah, I can see where you might get confused there. I forgot to tell you that after making the changes I told you to that you then needed to hit the print button.
The only real complaint that I have/had with QImage is that its interface is not immediately intuitive. However, after using it a few times it really gets a lot easier to understand. Be sure to check for lots af really good information on step-by-step solutions to many real-world printing problems/solutions.

To do in PS/CS open a new file and set up your grids and select snap to grid. Then open each file and copy as layer. Resize to the size you want and it will snap to grid.
