The cheaper the LCD display, the narrower the viewing angle usually i.e., you have to be straight in front of it to see it at its best and as you move away from that 90 degree angle, it gets harder to see anything.
Usually more expensive screens are more tolerant to that angle (unless you want it for basic security - e.g., a laptop on a plane or something) |
