You don't have to have won a ribbon to get onto a team, I didn't win one until I was in the WPL2, and then I tanked the rest of the season :(, and most of this one.

I think there must be 7 people on a team (so I guess that part is complete : Smyk , jimness , anotherday , albc28 , pamelasue , james_so and Me :D ... Then one of us is suposed to offer to be the captain... And he or she will find out what`s next and inform the rest what to do :P
