About the rules of the challenges can we use color variations. It is located in the enhance section of photoshop elements 2.0 with the hue/saturation?

I believe that this would be legal. I also use Elements 2.0, but let's wait for site counsel to o.k. it first.

Color Variations just goes through a few different hue/saturation settings. It just shows you like 6 or 9 different options of settings that you can choose from. So yes, it would be legal.
