No, CS2 has options for converting to a usable picture, they just aren't in any obvious location. You need to convert from 32bit to 8bit (or 16bit). The necessary options show up during the conversion. I'm traveling and don't have access to my CS2 at the moment, otherwise I'd be more descriptive. This site describes the process a bit. It doesn't really get into the details of how to best apply the different conversion methods, but it at least explains how to get as far as choosing a method and gives a brief description of each. |
