I want to know what you think about the wording in this release.

For valuable consideration received, I authorize ____________ the unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or photographs in which I may be included, for trade, editorial, advertising and any other purpose and any manner and medium: to alter the same without restriction and to copyright the same. I herby release ____________ from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. ...

Would you sign this release? What if you were a parent of a handicapped kid?

As the father of a Handicapped child I can tell you that release is very vague and I likely wouldnt sign it. It doesnt tell me who or what will be using the photos. Just that I'm releasing all the rights to their use. But I dont understand what difference it would make wether the child in the photograph is handicapped or not.

I was hoping for more than one opinion. So I assume everyone else would just sign and return.

There is a big difference. A handicapped child could be more easily convinced to do something or to pose in a way that would be inaccurate to reality or be shown in a bad light. Or they might not even be able to keep from being posed in a bad way.
