I am new to the photo editing world, so give me some pointers on what you think of my picture...

I think it looks good, maybe darken it some more?

I would tend to leave a bit more space for the ears..

I like the crop on the left but I might leave more space on the right. The subject doesn't have to be centered (see Rules of Thirds) and the blue sky is some nice color to keep in the composition. The cropped image just becomes a little busy and seems to focus on the intersection of the hill and the cow's head. Just my opinion here.

yea the top one needs a little cropping but the second shot is cropped too close. Not all elements other than your main subject should/need be cut out of a picture..Neat shot but just a little over exposed.
