these points have been made by many for years. The only State that seems to be getting more relaxed is Alaska. Here you can carry a concealed weapon as long as you do not have a criminal past and are over 21 - no permit required. If someone attacks you, or you see someone else being attacked, you can shoot that person in self defense without fear of going to jail. An intruder into your home does not have to fall inside to be considered self defense...they can fall outside it, across your lawn, or across the street. Gotta love Alaska - truly the last frontier. |
