I'm going through the pains right now of picking out a photographer for my wedding, which will be on September 25th of 2004... The wedding will be in Granby, CT, which is between Springfield MA and Hartford CT.
We have found only one so far that we were really happy with. Stephencharles.com was that one place. We visited him a couple weeks ago at his home and I was very happy with his work. I was most impressed by the books that he produces. His were Literally the only ones we've looked at so far, and were like, "wow; that’s what we want."
He shot a friends wedding last year and she had great things to say about him and I think his wife’s eye for laying out the books and choosing between color, BW, full page and full book pictures was great. He had amazing candid shots and she said he was barley noticible... BTW He shoots with a Canon EOS-1Ds
The problem is that the package we want is $5,200. This is a little more than we really wanted to spend, but are more than willing if we can't find something near the same level...
Can anyone recommend a photographer in that general CT/MA area? I know the chances are slim, but I needed to ask... I've been looking at websites and books and have just become frustrated and disappointed!!!
