I thought this challenge was Bokeh not shallow depth of field, What a joke. I guess if the challenge says take a picture of the number three I will be ok with the letter F.
Hmmm interesting opinion. The top 3 images all show excellent use of bokeh to enhance the subject and overall superb photography. What exactally is your issue?

Don't hold your breath on the ribbon thing, though. Heck, I entered my most bestest DPC-friendly shot ever in this "bokeh what a joke" challenge and didn't even crack the top 20. Had good bokeh, though.

Geee....I am so dumb!! Here I was thinking I did okay. I mean...look at my stats. I got 5th in the last Bokeh challenge...and I really tried hard to beat that this time. And I did...I got 4th!
Now I find out that my entry was nothing but a joke. How stupid of me. Hey....can you please teach me where I went wrong...as I really want to improve my stat next time around!!!
