I've been in email contact with the person, and this is how she described what she's looking for: "Just an outdoor photo shoot with a few changes. You decide how many images and time..."
Been chatting with Hilary - looks like she is going to go with a lower priced photographer for now - wants to see what cheaper looks like before she pays the larger fees. But did say I was one of 3 photographers that quoted the same higher fee, so its not just me. :P
