These days it seems that a lot of dpc users ask themselves how to atribute marks to pictures.
Maybe dpc should organize a survey and ask users how to determine the criteria used to give marks to pictures (exemple: composition on 3, meets the challenge on 4, quality of photograph on whatever...).
Then, when its time to cast votes, users should be given the choice to use either these criteria (which should clearly appear on the screen, for example "click from 0 to 3 for composition...0" then the total mark for the picture is calculated automatiquely), or to use their own system of voting.
It's true that it would take more time to cast vote, but the choice should be given to the user.
I don't know if this suggestion was posted peviously, sorry if it was.
