The goal of the confluence project is to visit each of the latitude and longitude integer degree intersections in the world, and to take pictures at each location.
Heh we had a discussion about this at work yesterday (the BBC website had an item on it). Eventually we decided that unless one of the points was in our office we were unlikely to be contributing : )
