Maybe some nice photos that show the inner workings of something out of the ordinary would be good also :)

Like a watch, clock, hard disk drive, computer, music box, piano, golf ball, or anything else that has interesting detail INSIDE that you don't normally see :)
if i take a picture of, o say for example, bared breasts .. I will do it sensitively, exquisitely, carefully, with the greatest amount of passion I can muster for the subject. So far so good ...
BUT,
I will then submit it to the challenge, and there it will be, lost in a sea of a thousand other bared breasts, and it will lose it's specialness, it will drown in the sea of comparisons of 'this breast' or 'that breast' and whatever it was that made it special, made it unique, will probably be missed, passed over in the quick rush to assign my effort a 'number.'

let's not forget the inside of things natural, shelled things, dissected things (granted probably not for the squeamish), spies could be a type of concealed, people 'in the closet' now 'out of the closet', perhaps furniture that has been refinished could be a shot somehow..... so many ideas.... as setz suggested, we have mechanical inner workings.... archeaological digs....
