I think we deserve now our official thread, so I'm initiating this as a place for the Global5 team members ( if this is ok with xantangummi as our fearless captain :) ).

I agree that #5 is more eye-catching, but I also like #2. How 'bout making the '5' in #2 red? I'd have a go at it myself, but I don't have any painting programs here at the office.

Some really creative ideas on these... great job.

I will repost mine here so that we have them all in the same thread.
At some point we will have to pick one. Anyone else want to give it a go and see what you can come up with?

First one of the G5 globes, and I like the sweet grunge vibe of the pink and brown one.

So far my favorites.
Grunge Global 5
G5 Globe (first one)
#2 of the lighter ones.

What if the grunge one wasn't pink, and the globe was in front of a camera lens or something.?

OK, I'm done playing with logos... if anyone else has ideas, I would love to see them. Once we have all our options on the table, I am OK with letting you all decide which one you want to use... They are all excellent!

I prefer the lens shot with the smaller print. That is my choice so far. I am already using it...lol

I also like the one with the lens. And if you add Romania to the list of countries (assuming that

pepitoid has ties to both Romania and France?), the 5 makes more sense.

OK, finally... I think we are done. I have two logos done. One is a larger version which is easier to read, and the smaller version, which is better for forum signatures but harder to read. I leave it up to each of you as to how you want to use them.

Larger version:

No problem... I'm looking forward to starting the competition! Although I must say that I am glad I don't have to come up with ideas for the Woody and Ducky challenges... WHEW!

Victor: You have to put the image tags around the URL...

except replace { and } with [ and ]
