Could someone please explain to me how the wpl rating system works?
Yeah, I'm getting on that too. Listen team, I know that some of you entered challenges in the first week, I checked for scores on your profile pages. I want everyone to check out the official WPL3 site and look at our team stats. If you entered the challenge and got a score and aren't on the list (right now, that's EVERYONE but me), email Southern Gentleman and find out what's going on!
Right now, we're dead last, by a LOT. Like, a full point.
Now, to answer UrfaTheGreat: each week the 4 top scores from the team are averaged, and that number is compared to every other team's score for the week.

Mine done horrible, it may be best if it doesn't even get counted!!
When I say every score counts...it really does..anything is better than a 0.
I'm sure we'll all get better scores next time.. ;)
edit: I just got my next challenge pic readyy.. It's going to be suicide to even put it up since it's photoshopped in the most radical manner possible but nothingseems to work except that.. I don't know if I'll put it up. I'm sooo tempted..
I will not be able to, as my apartment flooded last night. My gear's okay (and so am I), but my laptop cord got wet and the new one won't arrive until at least Tuesday. So no downloading and editing for Brent :-(

Well I'm in though the score I may contribute may be very very very close to zero.. taking a big risk this time around..
And RockBruise are all your setting including preference showing that you've opted to show sig..
Could be a technical glitch or maybe there's a space limit to the sig tht you're crossing.. (doubt it though)
I won't have perspective, But I did manage to get a light aon white in last night, It turned out pretty well for a last minute thing.
Urfa, don't worry about taking a chance, I took one in the post card challenge and right now it is up to a 5.000 with 7 comments. A 5.0 is pretty well for me.
The reason I am posting is because I will probably wont be able to enter for the next to weeks. I am leaving this morning for Israel. I hope to have some good shots when I come back though.

I popped on for a moment over my grandparent's dial-up (ugh!) to see how we're doing. The good news is my apartment is getting cleaned, and a new power cord for my laptop should be here today or tomorrow. So I'll have something for Light on White III, and hopefully one of the open challenges when they roll over.

Now I'm a bit miffed.. My score was not taken for the wpl.. do we have to send our scores or something.. I'm confused!!!
I think that WPL is lagging a bit... all the scores are from the Monday rollover, none is from the current one. Yours 5.8+ should replace RockBruise's 5.4xxx... I'm not sure what the opponents are going to have though. Maybe I spoke too soon.
