OK, You may have been wondering... "Where the heck has Lee been?"...
or... maybe not.
Either way, I've been working on updating my sadly out-of-date website. It's now finally almost finished. I still have some tweaking to do, images to add, and text to proofread, but for the most part it's there. At the very least, you get an idea of the layout, design concept, basic structure, etc. Please check it out DowseDesigns and give me an honest opinion.

I think that changes the meaning -- I'd write it like this:
"Lee handled my babies with so much of fatherly love that it left even my mother awe-struck."

Most of the website is fabulous! I love the simple color scheme, the navigation is pretty good, and your photographer's comments on every section add a personal touch.
I like that you're NOT forcing music on me.
I don't like the navigation from one photo to the other. Seems that the only way to do it is by clicking the arrow next to the thumbnails. That arrow jumps around according to the size and orientation of the photos, and I don't like having to chase that arrow around.
I would like to see a slideshow function and/or be able to use my keyboard arrows.
At the very least I'd like that darn arrow to stay in the one place so I can just click without hunting for it.
Thanks for the input guys. The quotes were simple copy/paste from e-mails my clients sent. I glanced at them but did not correct them grammatically. I'll make those changes

Yeah, I agree with you on that one. I've been trying to figure out somewhere to put it. I'm thinking I may put it at the top and see how that looks.
OK, made a few changes... I put the image view arrows at the top of the page to keep them still. I also changed the thumbnails on the main portfolio page from 4 columns to 3.
