Focusing on the first one will render all other out of focus (depending upon depth of field, which in turn depends upon the aperture selected). This gives depth to the image.
If you focus on the second object, first and third will be slightly out of focus, while all other will be grossly out of focus.
However, IMO, which one you focus depends upon the subject, and no rules can be drawn here! |
